Perfect for breadmaking
Perfect for breadmaking. I love bread and learned some time ago how to make an easy ciabatta that tastes as good as the best Italian restaurants I love to visit, here in the US and in Italy. These scrapers help bet the dough out of the bowl at the latter stages of the rise without breaking all the gas bubbles in the dough, which are critical to the open crumb of a good ciabatta. They're inexpensive, simple and perfect for what I needed.

A Must-Have Tool for Baking and Cooking
I wasn’t sure how much I would actually use this bench scraper, but it’s quickly become one of my favorite kitchen tools. The SURDOCA Dough Scraper is sturdy, comfortable to hold, and makes working with dough so much easier. BEST EVER! I bake a lot and these scraper’s get every last bit in the bowl! I make bread and after mixing, I do one ‘sweep’ around the bowl and it’s cleaned out! 😁
