Go for genuine MOPAR
Got code P0320 in my 2001 Wrangler 4L. The Jeep dealer replaced the camshaft sensor with an aftermarket part (BTW, Amazon has MOPAR camshaft sensors). The car ran well for about a week, then threw a P0320 again. I ordered this crankshaft sensor and replaced it. Pretty easy install - the MOPAR part has a piece of cardboard stuck to the sensor to set the gap to the crankshaft. Get genuine MOPAR parts for any critical component in your Jeep.

Exactly perfect
Whilst you may think expensive, I had tried a cheaper alternative (copy of this Mopar/Jeep Original) as this was not available at the time. The cheaper copy only lasted a few months, this immediately made a huge improvement with smoother running and not just quitting (shutting off the engine) in hot weather. One bolt and one electrical connection, just need a cool engine so you don't burn you arm on the exhaust pipe underneath and minor tools.

Works on 1998 Grand Cherokee 4.0
Mopar part. A dog to install but works well. So far. Been in for a month and no issues.

Accurate
Genuine Mopar part, worked exactly how it should. Faster than dealership as well as slightly cheaper.

Crank sensor that works.
The crank sensor IS the OEM it replaced. Given that in my 1998 Jeep Grand Cherokee ZJ, the sensor was weaved across the top of the back, and behind the engine instead of as depicted in the accompanying instruction sheet, which made for a rather difficult remove and replace. The product could have made easier to (though certainly NOT easy) install by adding two (2) inches of wire to the sensor..

CPS fixed random stalling on 2000 Jeep TJ 4.0
This Mopar crankshaft position sensor was exactly what we needed to get the random intermittent engine stalling fixed on our 2000 Jeep Wrangler TJ 4.0 with the automatic transmission. If your engine is just cutting out at random times and even if you have no codes, I recommend you give this a shot. We really thought we would have a code if in fact it was the CPS, but apparently it will shut down with just the CPS starting to fail and not necessarily throw a code.
