I liked that it was an oil I could add to my smoothies rather than a pill. The flavor wasnt terrible on its own but I couldn't tell when putting it in with a smoothie/protein shake. It didn't last very long considering suggested dosage.

This has effectively helped to raise my HDL cholesterol and put me in a safer category for cardiovascular health. Thank you. I plan to keep using this.
