Beautiful bow
Your browser does not support HTML5 video. I purchased this bow as a Christmas gift for my 11 year old daughter. She is a beginner in archery - she'd tried it a few times at camp and wanted to pursue it, so we wanted to get a decent but not too expensive bow to start out with. She's about 5'1" (maybe a bit more) and has pretty good upper body strength as she's a gymnast, and this bow seems to be about the right size and draw weight for her. The bow is beautiful, and was very easy to assemble. It does not come with a stringer, which is required to string it. So on boxing day we headed to an archery shop. We bought the stringer, and the shop showed us how to use it (not difficult). We also had a nock and sight put on. She's had a lesson and is doing great with the bow! Probably her favorite Christmas gift this year.

Hard to assemble & disassemble. Finish is nice.
The limbs are hard to fit into the metal pockets. When it arrived, I had to use a pair of pliers to loosen the knob screws for attaching the limbs. One of the limbs I still have to use a bit of force to get it to align the with the screw hole. If it is off by a fraction of a millimeter, the screw will not thread all the way in. Otherwise, the finish on this is better than similar bows found in local sports stores. The bow does shoot well and is an ok beginner bow. The upright handle is slimmer than some other bows, so this bow does work for someone with a smaller or average hand size.
