My rating style: 5 stars means that I really like this product and would refer it to others.This backpack diaper bag was perfect for my needs. I wanted something that I could easily carry while carrying my child on the front side. A traditional tote style was out of the equation because it would slip off my shoulders. I also needed something not too feminine as my husband also carries it.After many months (my entire pregnancy and even a few weeks after baby arrived) I was still searching for the right bag. I found this backpack and knew it was the one!I love organization and knew later on I would need space to pack "quiet time" activities. I also need the space to store everyday baby essentials. With all the different pockets and storage corals this bag surely will do the trick. The wipe pocket is super handy and I love the thermal pockets. Even though I don't currently need to use them, they are handy to have. I also really like that it came with a changing mat which is nice to have. The bag has yet to be rained on but the material seems easy to clean off and will not absorb moisture. As strange as this may sound, I also really like the small logo on the bag.The product came nicely packaged in plastic and also inside a nice drawstring bag which will serve a purpose as well. Customer service contacted me post purchase several weeks later to ensure that we are still enjoying the bag, which we are.I am very pleased with this purchase and it comes highly recommended.

Second update: After my last update, the customer service department contacted me asking for more details about why I was not satisfied with the bag and then they offered to give me a 50% refund or another nearly free bag (Amazon won't let them give you a completely free bag). Working with their customer service was wonderful and I was very satisfied with the outcome. It's a great company to deal with.*update: I used this bag for about 6 months before it started falling apart. I would have dealt with everything falling apart until the part that makes the backpack adjustable broke. See pictures of everything that broke or tore. I should also mention that this backpack didn't get used everyday, as it is hard to go out often with twins and a 3 year old and when I did use it, I don't feel like I was hard on it.So far I am loving my diaper bag. I needed something that was big enough to hold everything for twins and convenient enough that I could access what I needed easily and so far it's been great. One thing that really appealed to me were all of the areas that were insulated. I can warm two bottles and keep them in the insulated holders in the inside and I can also have cold milk with an ice pack in the insulated pocket on the outside. Also the many pockets helps to keep things seperate and organized.

I really did like this diaper bag, but after only ONE week the fabric started to tear on the inside pocket where you put drinks/snacks. So I'll be returning it & trying a different bag. For a bag priced over $40, I would have expected it to be better constructed. It's a nice looking bag with plenty of room & pockets, but this particular one was poorly made.***** UPDATE ****Within 24 hours of posting my review, I was contacted via email by Anna from Sleeping Lamb customer service. She apologized for the bag being defective after only one week and told me they would send me a new, upgraded bag at no additional charge & advised me to also go ahead & keep the original bag as well. I was VERY impressed at the willingness of this company to make things right & to do it so promptly. Anna kept in touch with me the entire time the new bag was shipping, making sure I had the tracking # & letting me know when it would arrive. It came ahead of schedule & it is a beautiful replacement diaper bag. I still like the original bag a little more because of it's design (I like the blue bag with polka dots) but the new bag does appear to be of slightly better quality. Overall, I would buy from this company again.

I would like to being by saying this diaper bag is absolutely awesome! I am so very pleased with this purchase. My son is almost 6 months old. For my baby shower I registered for a regular tote style diaper bag, being a first time mom and not knowing that I would need hands free items a lot more than I realized, so of course I received that diaper bag and that has been my bag since my son was born. Though the tote diaper bag was great, something just wasn’t perfect about it…. And that was because it was constantly falling off my shoulder while I was trying the carry my son, there wasn’t enough compartments and I could never find anything quickly (like a pacifier when most needed) so a friend of mine with a son that is almost two recommended that I look into getting a backpack diaper bag so I started researching and the “Must haves” for a diaper bag. I then came across the bag and was floored. I loved the design, not too girly, and acceptable for a boy! So I continued to look into this diaper bag and realized it had everything I could possibly want in a diaper bag- all in one! This bag is amazing with all the pockets, compartments, easy accessible wipes compartment, stroller straps, and insulated bottle pockets (4). I have been now SO excited to bring my son everywhere because I know I get to carry this diaper bag around and it can hold all of the things we need!Highly recommended to all Mommas out there!! Such a great quality bag!
