I really like the product and for the price of 1500 it's a blindly go to , but I m returning it only because it doesn't support Samsung's fast wireless charging it takes almost 3.2 hrs from 0 to 100 and I really wish it did support fast charging but if people from Apple or any other brands who would like to use I would definitely recommend it

The charger doesn’t work with a UAG case on and I had to return it since. The charger could have been built a bit stronger but that’s ok for the price.

Its useless for iphone users . It just doest work . It heats up the iphone easily so that ur phone get a warning notification and cant be used till its colldown and even the charger heatsup too . It just shows charging but took ages to reach 50% atleast . I used qc 3.0 charger with this . senario 1: kept it over night charger it just charged 79%and device is pitymuch warm. Senario 2 : i used to watch a couple of videos on YouTube and try to charge at a same time and it just be at the same level of charging even after 1 hr . Senario 3 : i placed on it and went to have my breakfast and all apps in background r closes and when I return back it just ahow me a notification says cant use untill it colls down. Tested with spigen case and without case also , it just waste of money if you are thinking to buy for iphone.

I have two mobile phones. One is iPhone 12 & the other is one plus 7. Before buying I was told by you that this wireless charger will charge both. But it does not charge my One plus7 although it is charging my iPhone 12 OK. Why? Promising what you can not give is bad business. Even your support is not helping. Spigen always compatible Samsung. I am using Samsung S20 FE 5G and it works perfectly even with the stock charger provided with my phone. Not getting full 15W wireless charging speed but getting around 12-13W which is sifficient as none other chargers are compatible.
