Q: The description says it comes with a receipt book. Why is there more than 1 receipt?

It meant recipe book but it’s not really a book. More like a thin booklet with a only very few recipes

There are two plates stored nside the press in the main pic. So the horizontal line is between the two. Each plate has lots of little draining holes in it so maybe you're looking at those. My plates just have these holes. It works really well.
