TRU Airbrush Makeup Kit Tan/Dark Mineral Foundation 6 Piece Makeup Set

I was an airbrush makeup virgin. I love makeup but have never tried anything like TRU. Honestly, I was a little intimidated by it as I just wasn’t sure what to do with it. I watched a few YouTube videos and it seemed easy enough. It was extremely easy to set up and very self explanatory. After the first application I was in love! The foundation went on flawlessly. The makeup is very subtle if you want it to be or you can use more for more coverage. It wasn’t cakey or oily on my skin...even after a full day of wear! It didn’t gather in my fine lines like all other makeup does. I feel like there is no waste and it is very clean. I love that I don’t have to rub it into my skin at all. Even the blush looked amazing and it was so easy! I would definitely recommend this product if you want a flawless looking face!

I Love Love Love my TRU Airbrush Makeup! I was hoping I would like it but never thought it would be all that I used. I travel everywhere with it because nothing else seems to look as good. I will never go back to my old foundations because TRU makes my skin look flawless without all the heavy makeup look. My daughter and all her friends have had me use TRU on them for their High School dances because it makes them look flawless as well.You will not be sorry if you buy this product...I own more than one so when I travel to our vacation house I have it there waiting for me! The travel bag is awesome for when I go on vacations...it fits all my makeup! So easy to use and so great!

This is my third airbrush makeup kit and by far my favorite. Even on the low setting, the makeup sprays on so nice. Only bad thing is i would have liked more colors, both my other ones came with 6-8 colors and this one only 2 (plus one blush)

I was excited to try this kit. First, one of the makeups that came was clogged and I could not get it out of the bottle, even after rinsing the cap under hot water and sticking a pin in the tip. Spray is uneven on your face, leaving dried, flakey patches of clumped makeup. It is so awkward to hold/use that the makeup spills out of the "cup" during application leaving a mess all over the brush, the unit and counter top. You have to use a ton of the product just to get enough to cover your face, as the recommended "few drops" barely cover one section before you are spraying your face with plain air and puddles form on your countertop from cup spillage. Horrible product and a waste of money. I'll stick to the air brush foundations that come in a can.

I'm very upset. Prior to purchasing this product I read carefully through your description. I was looking for ingredients. I want to put on and in my body healthy ingredients. The title of your add led one to believe this was a natural mineral makeup product. Then I read where you stated ingredients: water, soy protein, and minerals. That sounded like great ingredients. Why would I think you wouldn't provide the whole list of ingredients in its entirety? I even read the Q&A portion for maybe any further question about purity of ingredients. It was never questioned which I assume because you have the list of ingredients. When I received this product I was so excited to try this natural mineral airbrush makeup, then I read the ingredients: water, PROPYLENE GLYCOL, ACRYLATES COPOLYMER, soy protein, silicia, honeysuckle, titanium dioxide and iron oxides. I feel dooped by lying tactics. There is nothing natural about propylene glycol and acrylates copolymer. Consumers beaware, this is not a natural mineral makeup.

I have been using TRU makeup now for a little over 2 months now. I will be honest – at first, there was a learning curve. But, after several attempts, I now have a great routine and truly love how great my skin looks after using it. The most challenging part was learning the pressure to use on the trigger. Once you figure that part out, the application itself is super fast and easy! You can apply your foundation and blush in a very short time, making my morning routine that much bearable. There are a few things I have learned – 1: make sure you prime and moisturize. I found that the makeup went on even better and had a nicer base when I did this. It still looks great without but for longevity and the overall comfort of wear, the right base helped me immensely. 2: clean the wand after every use! I tried to be lazy a few times and leave it for the next day. You spend more time trying to get it back to 100% if you let the foundation dry rather than do a quick little clean right then and there. Trust me – it doesn’t take long! 3: people really think it’s natural. I just recently had a baby and I was not loving the idea of adding time to my routine. BUT, I was also tired of looking tired and worn down all of the time. This makeup allows me to have flawless looking skin without even appearing that I am wearing anything. If you are looking for a great product, I highly recommend! Take some time and figure out how it works best for you.Of note, I did have to reach out to the seller because I thought one of the colors was too yellow for me (I am very pale.) The owner responded herself and offered to send me replacement shades the very next day. I am impressed by the customer service and was so pleased to see her response!If I could change or add one thing, I would just add a finishing powder during the summer. Something to keep in mind!

I was a little intimidated to try this at first, but then watched the short instruction videos that "TRU Airbrush Makeup" has on Youtube. These really helped, and it just takes getting familiar with everything and a little practice. I like the unit, the results, and the "feel" of the make-up, and I would recommend, definitely!
