Pure cane sugar, water, natural flavors, citric acid, sodium benzoate (to preserve freshness), potassium sorbate (to preserve freshness), caramel color. Contains hazelnut and milk allergens

Q: Can yo add these flavors to cake and icing

As much as I have used them, I think that they might be okay in cake, but they may make the icing runny or too thin. You'd need very stiff icing to begin with.

Q: Are these glass or platic bottles?

GREAT Hazelnut Flavor

I tried the Regular and Turkish versions of the DaVincci brand of Hazelnut syrups and they both smelled like Burnt Garbage and tasted just as bad, I then purchased this brand of Hazelnut syrup and added it to my coffee this morning along with Half & Half and the Hazelnut flavor was wonderful, so if you are searching for a great Hazelnut flavored syrup go with this brand and avoid the DaVincci Brand of Hazelnut syrup like the Plague.
