Awesome in Harpie Decks
Lightning Chidori is an extremely powerful under the right conditions. In the same turn you can bounce two of your opponent's cards into their deck. With cards like Divine Wind Mist Valley, Elegant Egotist, and Hysteric Party you can easily make this card. If you're playing it in Harpies you should run at least 2 or 3 of it in your Extra Deck. Once you summon it and use its effect it will most likely not make it to your next turn unless you can protect it.
