Q: How many inch pounds it it set at?

It's pretty much a rachet wrench. Not adjustable inch pounds, it's a bit deceiving.

Q: What holds the bits in place ? Do you need a wrench to change bits? Does it work with all standard 1/4 inch hex bits?

The bits are held in place by a tiny ball bearing, which is secured by a metal sleeve. This sleeve easily slides off, causing the bearing to drop, and it’s to the point if it does, you’ll never find it again. No wrench needed to change bits, they pop in and out. I couldn’t tell you if all 1/4 inch bits work or not, but 4 different ones come with the wrench, and all work fine. Also, if you lose the ball bearing, the bits can still work, you just have to manually hold each bit in place as they will fall out easily

Q: What are the handle dimensions ?

Probably around 5”? It’s just enough to fit in the palm of your hand..
