I read on others' comments that people rating this product 5 stars is because they received a free product. Let me just start off by stating i did NOT receive a free product. I was skeptical about this product because i wanted something for energy. since nothing in the reviews said anything about energy i felt i had made a mistake after i had already placed my order. within the first 48 hours, i IMMEDIATELY felt an energy kick that I have not felt in YEARS! and it wasn't the shakes you get with fat burners. it felt more natural. i don't know if it is the pills but after a week of using them, my tastebuds have dramatically changed. carbs taste AWEFUL! which helps control those cravings. I'm an overweight woman. i have struggled with getting my eating under control. i have struggled with getting this baby weight off. my baby turns 5 in 4 weeks. i am like countless others who have spent a lot of money on pills to help with my weight. to help with energy. to help with cravings. i don't want to sound like an infomercial but this product has DEFINITELY helped me. i avoid the gym after work because i am exhausted! well let me just say i have soon much energy i not only went to the gym tonight (after not going religiously for a month due to a bad cold), but i also worked out with my personal trainer! and i KILLED that workout! i will definitely recommend these to anyone looking to kick that sweet tooth to the curb! i look forward to repurchasing this product as well as try their other products! good luck to all of you who are on a journey to look and FEEL better! #letsdothis

Oh my gosh, guys. This stuff--it's incredible! Originally I bought a different Her product but realized how much caffeine it had and went with this one instead. SO glad I did! It doesn't make you jittery at all which is a must for me as I am sensitive to caffeine. I take this with decaffeinated green tea extract and probiotics and I am down 8 pounds in 2 weeks (some of that is water weight, mind you). I take it before lunch and dinner and my evening cravings are controlled. It doesn't kill my hunger or my appreciation for food. It just makes it so I don't care about eating more than I need to. I also don't take it on weekends and eat what I want so my body doesn't get used to the calorie deficit and plateau. In combination with healthy food choices, this stuff really works. I am eating a balanced diet of whole grains (yes, carbs!), healthy fats, plenty of veggies, fruit, and lean meat (with a little more leeway on Saturdays). The best thing is, I'm not counting calories or obsessing about my food trying to be perfect. I haven't even been working out (though I plan to soon). This is a plan I can keep for life. One last thing--this is a real review. I bought this on my own with no prompting. It can be frustrating trying to find a product that will actually do what it says it will when there are so many scam reviews out there, especially on diet supplements. I'm happy to say this stuff is legit.

So, I bought this product knowning full well that a lot of the original reviews on here were fake because they were all written within the last 2/3 months and repeated the same things in a different way on all their products. But I figured I would try it out to give a real review. I'll start by saying that I am 5' 11", a woman and was 182lbs to begin with . I'm not crazy overweight but I do have a mommy tummy I'd like to get rid of, and I'm really not a big carb person but I do like my occasional snackage so I thought this would be good. I work out when I get a chance, but my daily routine is genuinely tossing my three children around to entertain and get a workout in. I live a active lifestyle with them, always on the move and outside.Let me start by saying this: IF YOU HAVE A SHELLFISH ALLERGY, DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! They do not disclose it on the website but on the back of the bottle it says that some of ingredients may have shellfish derivatives! I find this an important point that they do not disclose on the site to those that have serious allergies, it can be life threatening!!First off, it's a lie when they say there are no side effects. Within the first few days I felt serious and amounts of bloat, but I expected this because that's normal with most pills you start. So, I worked my way into the full dosage over the course of a week and a half, but the bloat only stopped when I had a bowel movement. Which accompanied a crazy amount of cramping before this would happen, every time. But this is the reason why I gave it two stars instead of one, because if nothing else it definitely helped me go to the restroom more, but oddly enough it made me crave carbs more than ever before. Secondly, It says it is a proprietary blend, and I felt it, there were days in which I felt little hunger and other days that my Hunger increased immensely, because of the uneven amount of the ingredients. The one thing I can say is I had a consistent stomach ache for the entire time I took these pills, it wasn't until I got off of them after running out that my stomach ache finally went away after a few days. I would not recommend these, because I've taken every single one of these ingredients before and never had the effect that I had while taking these pills, so I'm not convinced that that's all that's in them. I will say that I didn't have any Jitters, but I did often have headaches, I'm less energy than I normally do. I'm not sure why though, maybe that was the detoxing effect. And lastly, I actually gained weight while on these! I drink ample amounts of water but this might be because of the carb Cravings I was having, which was out of the ordinary for me. As strange as this may sound I will try their appetite suppressant to see what effect it has on me because I don't want to judge the entire product line based off of 1 type of pill they sell. We shall see...

I was looking for supplement that could help me with my low carb diet plan, primarily on days when I had a cheat meal. I've been doing low carb for about 6 months with great success. As I approach my goal, I'm finding it harder to stay on track, especially since getting off over the holidays. This product has help me in a couple of ways. It has Cascara Sagrada. When doing low carb, constipation can be an issue for some. Since I already have and issue with it, HERdiet was VERY helpful for me. Not to get too graphic, but my evacuations, I feel, are more regular and complete. It also Garcinia Cambogia which, according to Dr.Axe.com, helps to reduce sugar cravings. I heard Dr. Oz speak about the benefits of Garcinia Cambogia once but I don't remember exactly what he said. I can't say for sure if it was the HERdiet, but I made it through the Girl Scout cookie season with only 2 "suggested servings" of cookies instead of 2 cases. I am a carb addict (its real). And the cookies have always interfered with my new years resolution to lose weight. I only wish they came in a tablet rather than a capsule.
