Great product and great company! Read my story below
I bought this surface scrubber and being the first one I have owned I was super stoked to get it and try it out on my driveway. I have a 3800 PSI Dewalt pressure washer so this was a perfect fit for it. I received the unit and the next day I was out happily scrubbing a way. It seemed like it took a second to "spool up" every time I hit the trigger and there was what felt like an "off center" vibration but I did not think much of it. I figured that was just how they operate. As I was about 3/4 done (about 90-100 minutes later) I hit the trigger and something struck me as odd. It almost seemed like I only a single spray was coming out. The scrubber was working great as far as the results were concerned so up until that point had no reason to think anything of it. However, still I had to investigate, so I tilted it up and hit the trigger, it spun up too fact for me to know for sure so I let off and once it stopped it held onto the bar and hit the trigger again. Sure enough one of the two nozzles was 100% blocked.I took the blocked nozzle off and after finding the right tool for the job was able to dislodge whatever foreign object was in there (it was lodged good, it took some time to dislodge it). Once clear I reinstalled the nozzle and confirmed both were spraying. It felt like a whole new beast after that for the last portion of the project. No vibration like before and the time needed to spool up decreased dramatically. Needless to say I was even more impressed with the units cleaning ability with it working at full capacity. However after finishing up I wanted to check the unit since it had been spinning under a lot of lopsided force for most of the project. I spun the bar by hand and the bearing was making noises and seemed to have some friction that was not there before. I feared that running the unit for so long with just one nozzle had tweaked the bearing and the seemed to be the case. No play in the bearing but friction and squeaking noises that concerned me.I reached out to amazon and the company that night, I was simply hoping they could send me a new bearing. After all, the rest of the unit is fine, just the center portion had me concerned. Amazon customer support was great and searched to find me a replacement bearing but came up empty. They provided me with a link to reach out to the company directly regarding the order. I reached out to EDOU (it was probably 9pm by now) and they responded in under 30 mins. They asked for some additional information about the issue and ran through a couple diagnosis steps. Once they understood the issue they immediately sent out a replacement. While I would have been perfectly happy with just the center piece they went above and beyond and sent out a whole new unit. Great and fast customer service and willingness to stand by their product and help when an issue does arise. Top notch in my eyes. How a company treats their customers when an issues arises speaks volumes to me about their integrity. I will be buying from them again soon, there are a few more items that caught my eye on their site. Just thought I would provide my 2 cents. I hope this help others looking at this product and more importantly the company in general. Thank you

It Works
My back porch and concrete deck surrounding the swimming pool sits on the north side of my property. This means everything turns green and collects tons of mold and mildew. Typically, I use a pressure washer with just the wand, this process took hours. It also leaves streaks and was never a constant cleaning. So, I jumped at the chance that the 18-In Pressure Washer Surface Cleaner would help with this task. And it really helped that it was on sale.1) Easy to assemble, really nothing to it. I used one of the two 17-inch extension wands and the wand that is already on my pressure washer gun.2) Light weight but sturdy.3) Surface cleaning was even with no streaks.4) Jumping back and forth disconnecting the cleaner and using just the wand was very simple and quick.5) Time saving event! I rolled into town at 3pm. Pulled the surface cleaner out of the box. Brought the pressure washer to the back with the surface cleaner. Assembled it, hooked up the water hose and when to work. At 5pm I was rapping things up. If I was using just the wand I would be halfway done by 5pm.

Received Used - Not Sure If That's Why It Didn't Cut It For Me
Let me begin by saying this: Is anyone else sick of getting returned products from Amazon? Don't know what it is but the last several items I received from Amazon were clearly used/returned. Hell, the pressure washer I bought still had water in the hose. Speaking of...I bought this item to go along with the (uh-um) "New Pressure Washer" I bought from Amazon. The pressure washer supposedly puts out 4200 PSI and 2.6 GPM. From my understanding, it is well within the specs of the 18" circular surface cleaner.I'm not a fan of purchasing a used/returned product (especially when it's a $100+ item). However, If the product works OK, I'd rather just keep it instead of hassling with returning the item (see photos for the water spots and scratches/fading that I saw as soon as I opened the box).I need to clean our driveway, sidewalk and pool deck area. I wanted to get a bigger circular surface cleaner with the plan of reaching a much bigger surface/reducing cleaning time. I hooked up the 18" circular surface cleaner and worked over a small area on my driveway. It worked; however, I had to run over each spot a dozen times to get it close to how clean the 11" circular surface cleaner works in just 1 or 2 passes. When I turned it upside down and pulled the trigger, what came out had a fraction of the pressure that the 11" put out upside down. Not sure if the nozzles are partially clogged which could be the case since the item was clearly not new. It could be that my pressure washer doesn't put out 4200 PSI/2.6 GPM. As mentioned, the 11" circular surface cleaner works great, however, the space it cleans is smaller... oh and it doesn't have wheels. In short, I am returning this item and going for the 15" circular surface cleaner to see if it works better.I hardly ever leave a review. I wanted to leave one primarily because I'm getting frustrated that the last several orders came used. As I mentioned, I'm not sure if this 18" circular surface cleaner is clogged (why it's not working like the other reviews) or my pressure washer doesn't put out the PSI/GPM that is listed in the specs. This is why I am giving it a 4 out of 5 instead of a lower rating. Simply put, I'm not 100% sure it's the product that doesn't work for my needs.
