Usually get the plain variant of these salts, tried the smelly one as it was cheaper and it’s really nice. You can feel the oil on the salt, left my skin feeling lovely.

This is my second time buying these and wow - I have to say after having a day full of built up tension and stress working up in my body, I just run a hot bath and sprinkle some of those bad boys in. When I’m out the bath feel I gave my body its chance to relax and de-tense again. I actually always feel much better after having put these magnesium salts into my bath compared to a standard bubble bath, the difference is shocking, but good! Will keep buying, absolute must-have for bath time. Smells calming too, very grounding and spa-like. Many thanks :)EDIT: Forgot to mention, they help me go to sleep too at night, I'm that relaxed :)

Love these salts, but who sits in a bath for 20 minutes?! Needed to gain full benefit

Aching feet and legs

I am a daily gym goer and had been experiencing general DOMS and also some lower back issues. I saw these and they sounded just what I needed. They smelt really nice and dissolved well. I was considering buying them again right up until the moment I got out of the bath. There were pieces of dried lemon which not only stuck to the bath, requiring a fair bit of scrubbing with a scourer to remove, but also stuck to my skin resulting in sticky areas.I literally had to scrub my skin until it was extremely red and getting a bit sore to remove. For these reasons unfortunately I would be reluctant to recommend.
