OtterBox COMMUTER iPhone 6 Plus/6s Plus Case - Frustration-Free Packaging - SKY SHADOW (AQUA/GUNMETAL GREY)

The color on Amazon makes it look metallic. It's not. Just the usual Otterbox hard plastic. The color has a little more green to it than the picture as well. I agree with other reviewers who stated that the soft rubber and hard body take a lot of working to get them to fit perfect. Even then the fit is still off a tad. Not 100% like the Defender series. It's much more slimline than the Defender though, so I guess it's a tradeoff? It also COMES with an adhesive screen protector that was very easy to put on. It's not all one piece like the Defender. So don't order a screen protector with it. I assume that's part of the high cost. It was quite pricy, so I hope my phone is well protected. I used Defender series in the past when phones were much smaller. Now that I have a massive phone I want to protect it well without the bulk. Spec cases worked well for me in the past, but really fall apart after 1 year. This will be worth the cost if I can get more than a year out of it. One last thing is to use the headphone jack you have to move a soft piece of rubber out of the way. There are 2 pieces that can be moved that protect your plugs. I get that, but it's a tad inconvenient.

Love it. Was scared because of previous reviews. But i received the case, colors are as shown online, Case fits very snug,The button covers are perfect and do not hinder pushing of the buttons(power, sleep, volume) The covers on the microphone and charge port fit very snug but are easy to pop out to insert cords as needed without hindrance. I was under the impression that there was a front cover but that isn't the case however they sent a screen protector and the edges of the case are elevated enough that if it were dropped face down the sides would hit before the screen. So far i'm very happy with the case.

I bought this in December 2016 and a couple of months after it dropped from 3ft and it cracked on the corner where the camera is located...days later fell off the rest and now I have it unprotected. I started to read to buy a new case and I read reviews where says that a corner got damaged for falling from not very high, and I wonder if there is a defect in the case. I was very happy with my new case and all the covers to protect it from the dust, but I did not expect that only once would be enough for the case to get damaged...I do not know for how long the warranty is good and how it works. Would you explain how the warranty works?, if there is any.Additionally of what happened to me, this case would be perfect if the outside shell would have some grip, it is slippery.

I just put it on my phone the other day, but I mostly wanted to say that Otter Box wasn't that difficult to put on. It went on easier than expected and has a nice fit. Not too tight at all. I am glad I have the extra protection for my phone with the otter box. I had one for my phone years ago and loved it and expect the same with this one.

I've heard great and wonderful things about OtterBox but unfortunately have no experienced them. I have had this case for only 2 months and it's already cracked. I thought the purpose of the rubber siding was to absorb the blow from dropping? But unfortunately the corner at the top around the rubber edging, right by the camera, has cracked and broke off. And since its past Amazon's 30 day return policy, I'm stuck with a broken case or spend another $45 dollars for a new one. Completely unhappy with my purchase. I thought for the price it would last and hold up longer.

Really hard to get hard to get on but damn! Really strong when protecting your phone as well. I love this. Plus it's slim so it's not bulky in your pocket. :D

This case lasted 3 months with my 12 year old daughter. It did protect her phone but the case broke in several places. I replaced it with a defender.

Broke my first day I had it. Dropped it from 3ft and it broke on the corner. Make sure to get the defender.

This case broke a few months after I bought it. I didn’t drop it. I’m not sure what happened. I don’t recommend otter box cases.

This case broke after 1 month of usage. Not sure how it broke - it was in my purse. Since that picture another piece is starting to break off. It is either a one off lemon or the model is defective - not sure - either way it didn't stand up very well. And I have no recourse as to how to return it and am now out my $41.95.

This was pretty much what I expected! Good solid case and a plus that it comes with a screen protector! Would definitely order again.

Perfect, fit is snug. Looks and feels great. Not bulky at all and not heavy either.
