I used it on my Trailmaster 2012 XRX 300. Took it on the street and realized I wasn’t getting near as good performance as I should and slipped in the top end. But I still had decent power in the low end so I didn’t worry about it. Until I started taking it up a hill(I run predator go karts and 4 wheelers up it all the time no problem) and it stop dead in its tracks and started to burn up. And when I finally got it back to the house and took a look at it. Notice rust on the front part the clutches press up against and behind the friction material. And a massive chunk of clutch material broke off. I compared it to the old clutch I had cause it still had two friction pads good and the friction material was so soft compared to Oem. If I can edit this I’ll add pictures to it. All of this was within a 2 week time frame

it appears to be exactly like the one I removed, and all the other similar listed rear clutch variators. I purchased this one from this company, although it wasn't the cheapest, because the friction material appeared to be thicker and a different color than the stock material, When I opened the package, it was the same grey friction material, and only as thick as the OEM. In the photos, it appeared to be a thicker material, and a different color. All I really needed was the tiny springs on the clutches. somehow they popped out, one was in the side cover and the other disappeared! at least my trike is back on the road! Fast shipping was a plus.

Purchased for my linhai 260cc atv that was grinding when trying to shift from low to high or reverse. That was because a spring inside the old pulley was missing and kept one of the friction arms constantly engaged. I saw a slight uptick in mph which is understandable because my old pulley had hardly any friction material left.

great replacement part for linhai 260. (big horn)there are two versions of this part. the bigger version is the right version the smaller one will break. they both fit but the force will melt the smaller version. the bigger version is the one you want.145mm on the inside. the smaller one has a 133mm on the inside i think.
