This item will reduce lots of noise.

I am a back only sleeper. Are these good for sleeping?

If you only sleep on your back it would be possible. If you can sleep wearing padded earmuffs. I have slept on planes wearing them.

Will this fit full brim hard hats?

I seriously doubt these Peltor earmuffs would fit a full brim hard hat, such as the MSA V-Gard type.

Do these earmuffs work on the the 3m Full Brim hard hats that do have the slots for attachment?

Mine fit the slots, but the full brim does not allow them to close in the correct position. I had to trim a piece out of the brim on the sides.
