and they are much more comfortable than the run of the mill
No arch support, but these are water shoes, and they are much more comfortable than the run of the mill, due to the removable insole. The only gripe I have is with all water shoes: I cannot for the life of me figure out why they don't put drainage holes near the bottom so you don't have to slosh around with shoes full of water until you get a chance to upend them. I mean, they're made for the water. Other than that, these are comfortable and well made.

They were great on the cruise ship
I was going on a cruise. Stopped by Cocoa Beach Surf Company and found a pair of these. I used these all week! They were great on the cruise ship, great in the ocean, great on the beach, great at the pools and plan old walking around. Now, I saw water shoes (boat shoes, etc) for $100.00 - $200.00. These are the perfect spare pair of boat shoes for vacation and very light weight and take up almost no room in your luggage. As for how long they will last? Not sure, but they have already surpassed my expectations. I just received 3 more pairs, I am ready for many more vacations!(I said no to the question "good arch support", why? Simple - I don't think water shoes should have arch support, These are perfect for what I wanted.)

VERY sticky. Good aside.
This was the only size 16 water shoe we could find. Love it. Only concern is that the soles are EXTREMELY sticky- like mouse glue trap sticky. I couldn’t even wash off all the stuff they had stuck on the bottom of them because it wouldn’t unattach from the shoes. That said, they are good looking, size is as expected and very comfortable.

Best water shoes I have had
Best water shoes I have had. I have size 15 wide and these shoes fit well. I use them for walking to the beach and at the boat ramp. Soles seem much more substantial than other water shoes I've had in the past. Would recommend especially for those who have a hard time finding 15+ size watershoes.Update: I have purchased 3 times in past five years and my first pair is still ok but starting to wear the fabric near the opening. Would still recommend to anyone especially with large/ wide feet…

Perfect Large Size
This product was true to size. I ordered a size 16 and it fit my EEE wide foot perfectly. I was surprised how well they fit since finding a specially water shoe is nearly impossible. Now I'm ready for my Hawaii trip and also to climb ocho rios in Jamaica. The quality seems good with double stitching - I'll report back on how they wear.If they would make it in blue I'd definitely buy another pair. The sole is probably a little to thick to work as diving boots, but that's a good thing. Enjoy.

Runs a size large
I wear a men's 17 and have never gotten a shoe as oversized as this one. Suggest going down a full size from what you normally wear. Also, while comfy, these are NOT quick-drying. Get them wet, they are going to stay wet.Otherwise, they felt good on my feet in the water and on the land. Even wet, they didn't rub or chafe.

Great Price and reasonable comfort.
These are just what I was looking for. I was spending twice what I paid for the Rafters for another brand, so I'm perfectly happy. I've used this style as slippers for several years, and find them perfectly comfortable, as long as I don't try to wear them all day long. Don't expect any arch support, but these Rafters are perfect for use around the house or at the beach or pool.

Poor quality, expensive, but, hey, at least they're in our size!
Trust the advice to order at -least- one size smaller than your usual fit: I'm comfortable in size 17 Keens, so ordered 16s in these... there is at _least_ another size's worth of too much shoe at the front, but the tight fit around the ankle makes me doubt I'd fit in a 15.Even setting that aside, there is -zero- support in the insole. Worse, after exactly 5 sessions SUPing for about 30 mins each, the seam at the very front of one of the shoes is coming apart -- despite a gigantic gap between the end of my foot and the end of the shoe! -- if they were way, way cheaper, I'd just chalk it up to cheap beach shoes and be ok with it, probably. But at their price, that's pretty unacceptable.Frankly, this would be a one-star review of a commodity item of similar disappointment, but the very fact that someone, anyone is making shoes for we freakishly large people gets them a free star's worth of credit. Now, when they fall apart completely, I'll look for any other vendor to replace them... but if they're the only game in town, I admit I'll probably grab another pair, and maybe try the 15s.
