CYCLEOPS PowerBeam Pro ANT+ 2014

Best trainer on the market. Had kickr and sold it after trying this.

On my 3rd month using this trainer. Its cold here in MN and I needed something to keep my cycling legs in shape in the winter. Easily hooked up to my win7 laptop. I subscribed to virtualtraining, downloaded a load of video routes and was off and training. Exactly what I was looking for with the variable resistance riding the video/gps routes. ZERO bordom while using it and I look forward now to my indoor workouts now. You need to spend the time exploring all the virtualtraining program has to offer.I have since migrated to my win8 laptop so I could use my MIO Alpha bluetooth heartrate unit. Zero problems connecting everything up. It just works! I'll be recording and uploading my own video/gps rides this summer with my Garmin Virb.I found no negatives with this unit and am contemplating buying another for my spouse. There is a very good, positive review on Dcrainmakers site for this unit and the program. I purchased this after reading that review.

This product is great. I use it with the virtual training software and choose a different ride each day. It has helped me stay ready for the 2014 season by training indoors when it is so cold outside.
