This is by far the best there is I tried them all, Sitting at my desk for hours and being ableto adjust the support is a real relief, when the pain starts acting up I just pump up the cushionand the pain subsides.I give it 5 stars

I gotta say this is one product that actually WORKS!! Great support for lower back... I love the fact that the air cushion can be filled to suit my preference so It's not to hard and it's velcro-system goes up and down to pin-point the painful area.
