なんだかんだ言ってもセラミックグリス。
稠度、持ち共によし。いろいろグリスを使いましたがこれが一番です。ハブであろうが、BBであろうが使えます。大きいの買ったほうが結局得ですね。

Il prodotto oltre ad essere di ottima qualità, è utile e di valida alternativa per l'ingrassaggio di tutti quei meccanismi che sono a bassa numero di rotazione come per esempio serrande in casa, porte, meccanismi e leveraggi auto e anche cuscinettin sterzo di moto e scotter.Di fatto il prodotto non è molto duro ma attacca bene e grazie alla ceramica garantisce un'ottimo ingrassaggio di sfere e cuscinetti bici. Personalmente l'ho usato anche per lubrificare con successo cavi cambio e freni V-Brake della bici.Consigliato.
