I love this product. I am a hygienist of 27 years and this is so easy to use, affordable and easier to maintain. It fits right on our high-speed cable on the unit. The pressure is much more dispersed and patients complain less of stinging . It's still just as messy as a typical prophy jet but when I am done, I empty the powder reservoir, replace the cap and blow water through it for about 10 seconds to prevent clogging. I remove the tip and autoclave it. It comes with a wire for clogs and instructions to clear clogs that the wire cannot. Patients love the way their teeth look and feel after. Just wish it came with at least two tips.
