Teen Girls' Comedic Monologues That Are Actually Funny (Applause Acting Series)

Many very inappropriate for teens. Better for oldest teens/adults. Language and subject matter. Had to order different book for my 14 yr. old niece.

My 11 year old granddaughter wants to be an actress and loves this monologue book.

Most of these are inappropriate, irritating, or brash for girls up to 18, and even then, who wants to hear about periods and imaging your mother with her boyfriend? Plus, I read through the whole book and did not think they were funny.

Laughter was not created, but my students liked to work with the texts and analyse the characters, that are actually quite weird and fun.

THis book is disgusting. Someone who finds humor in teen girls reciting such monologues, need to re-examine their morals. I burned mine.
