Excellent video quality with true 1080P on front camera. Plate numbers show clearly on the video. Despite of low VGA quality from rear camera, it serves its purpose to record enough evidence should something happens on the back. User can always switch the front and back cameras if the rear imagines are more important. Unit is very very nice looking and unlike other styles dash cameras, it flows with the vehicle and blend in well without "sticking" out or "hanging down" from the windshield.

doesn't work...the one I recieved was malfunction

The 1080p video from the main camera is very clear. The video from the rear camera is not full HD but acceptable. Just the fact that you get 2 cameras at this price point is a good deal. The main camera is very compact and almost fits completely out of view behind my rear view mirror. The power cable is more than long enough to run along the top of my windshield (hidden under the headliner), down the driver side a-pillar under the plastic trim, under the dashboard past the gas/brake pedals, and finally to the 12v power socket in the center console of my car. The instructions could be a little clearer, but not awful. With a little experimenting I got my unit all set up. The final test is to see how long this thing lasts.
