The item itself worked great, but I had to call Amazon twice as the part was lost in the distribution center somewhere and, AFTER WAITING 6 DAYS, the woman (Alina) I talked to at first promised to find it and get it sent out immediately, that never happened. When it didn't show up, I called again and talked to a rep named Dell, who kept me on the line while he did a deep search for the item, and finally determined that it was indeed lost in the Des Moines area distribution center. So, he ordered the replacement and next day delivery. I had it on my front porch in under 24 hours! Assembled the head to the line and hooked up the pressure washer, and 15 minutes later had a clean running sewage line. THANKS DELL!!!!

Using this kit combined with my cheap 1500psi electric pressure washer I was able to quickly remove 2 year build up of pine needles and sludge from my clogged gutters. I setup the ladder at the corner and removed a section of gutter guard so I could run the jetter in two directions, made several slow passes and the gutters were completely clean. I used the 3jet nozzle and did my best to keep one jet pointed up through the guards to blow any leaves off the top as I went. Very happy with this purchase!

We use this every year on our French drains and is a life saver!

Our new house is on a slab and some of the septic runs do not have quite the slope as would be perfect. This tool did the trick! Stiff enough to push through. I even got it through and past the elbow under our shower from inside the house using the smallest nozzle. The outer surface sheds water and 'dirt' really well, and just pulling it through a damp rag when withdrawing it is sufficient to get it clean. Buy it before you need it.

The length of hose was good and the nozzle set was fine but was not able to connect the quick coupling hence could not use the equipment at all. The male of the quick connector seems a bit oversized hence not going all the way in past the internal o’ring of the female.

My garage drain is connected to a 4” sewer pipe that drains to the outside. It was completely clogged with mud. I had standing water for 2 days. Within 30 minutes I had the whole pipe flushed out flowing freely.

Over all not bad, could be a little bigger in diameter. Kinks to easy and can't get it to connect to pressure washer nozzle, It slips on quick lock but won't lock in place. Not sure if that is on hose or pressure washer end.
