I found the biscuits prone to crumbling when taking them out of the package. It even crumbles in my hand even when I am holding it on my open palm, or between two fingers when dipping it in tea. That makes a mess. They are not quiet as I remember them. The problem I faced may very well due to rough handling in delivery since it had to be flown overseas. Let's hope others due to find it as crumbly as I did. The taste is fine.
