VOSICKY 7" 7 Inch headlights Daymaker Housing bucket for Harley Davidson motorcycle(black)

I expected to have to modify this to get it to fit, and I expected to have a bear of a time fitting all the wiring inside. Neither of these were an issue, and the included mounting hardware was unnecessary - it fit fine on the stock mounts using the stock hardware.

I love that the housing is all metal! It feels of excellent quality and I would highly recommend it to anyone. Bought this housing for the light that was recommended on Amazon. Simply picked my style of light and bought them together. This housing fit my 85 Kawasaki LTD 454. I did not use the additional fork brackets that came with the housing. The housing fit the original mounting hardware for the old light perfectly. As seen in the pictures.

Housing is good but the 3M sticky pads are not included (even though they are shown in the pics) and the bracket is way too big for 33mm dia forks. I had to buy an extra set separately.

For the most part this was decent for the price but I definitely have some complaints.Assembly took a little bit just bc the instructions are so vague, but it wasn't difficult to get done. Just some time and trial and error. Biggest downside was the fork clamps are too small for my bike. I was already planning to buy some nicer looking ones but i was hoping to be able to use these until I made that purchase. Unfortunately that's not the case...but also my bike isn't listed in the compatible bikes so I kinda knew what I was getting in to. Also there's a small gap between the headlight and the bucket. Not sure if that's just the intended design or maybe a flaw of the bucket or the headlight but it bugs me. Will eventually make time to put some kinda of weather stripping or something in there to help seal it better.Long story short, if you can swing spending some more coin for a better bucket then I would recommend that. Otherwise this was a decent budget buy.
