I have been using sous vide for a couple of years now. This container is great for a single person (me) or a small family...I think one could put 4-5 items in at once. The lid holds securely, the opening for heating element is adequate for several brands of these, and overall size is good since I can fill it at my sink and carry it very easily to the location it will sit while cooking. Good, sturdy, effective product

Nice container. My Anova fits in just fine.

This container works great with my Sous Vide unit. It makes the whole process so much easier. The hinged lid makes it easy to place things in, and remove them. Deep enough so my Sous Vide unit doesn't touch the bottom and there is circulation around the whole unit.

The media could not be loaded. The lid is adequate and I could use my Nesco cooker with the tub and lid just fine. Though there was about a quarter inch gap around the base and the lid is more a hard plastic with no rubber or gasket to seal that gap. So it's not really a universal fit that gives a tight seal. The "hinge" seam also has a thin gaps as it's just bend the plastic rather than a pin/barrel hinge. It works and it's fairly decent compared to most options on Amazon at $34.99 at the time of review it was the most budget tub and lid combo I could find.I did a 17 hour cook at 130 degrees for a 3lbs sirloin tip roast and there was not much water loss in that time and it came out great. The cooker was able to maintain the temperature consistently throughout the night and morning. So for the price it seems like a decent value.

Perfect size for everyday use, I can cook more than I did with my old setup, and it looks a lot nicer on the counter. The lid fits quite well and the cutout was perfect for my Anova classic circulator. The included rack is super helpful. Even when vacuum sealing, you sometimes get some air b/c of the shape of the foods. I would definitely recommend this for any home cook!

I have a much bigger container for sous-vide, but way too big for when I cook one or two sous-vide of fish or lamb ribs or pork for 2 pers.So this one is the perfect size !Solid enough, the lid is good.Worked with Anova Pro.

I use my Sous Vide all the time and this is essential. It keeps the water at the appropriate temperature. Easy to clean. It is durable. I really don't have anything bad to say about it.
