Q: 0.32oz is surely a typo/mistake, does anyone know the actual weight of the press?

It weights 3 pounds and 3.2 ounces. I is a nice press I use it in my smaller 8 inch pans. I would recommend it if you are looking for a press that can be used in smaller pans.

Q: What country is this made in? No one seems to know or answer directly.

I don’t know but the quality is more like American than Chinese
