More like 10 Stars..
This protein powder in vanilla cake flavor truly blew my mind. I always do soo much research before choosing a protein powder and I’m so glad I went with this brand. When I first got it, I opened it immediately and smelled it and thought that it wasn’t going to be good. But don’t be fooled by any type of smell you might get that isn’t to your expectations or whatnot because the flavor, taste and texture is top tier. I stood there amazed, eyes wide after mixing this up with a stainless steel spring ball because it was so nicely foamy, with no grit or texture upon my first sip and I didn’t have to shake it as much as I needed to with others and then the taste was sooo freaking smooth and literally like liquid cake. Like a homemade cake tho made with love by a passionate home baker. No exaggeration.. I can’t wait to see how I feel with this and how it affects my workouts. 1000% recommend. Can’t find the scoop tho but I used a spoon lol

Not meal worthy, but great for a vitamin 'snack'
Definitely have had worse meal shakes. This one wasn't crazy sweet but also didnt taste like cardboard either. Bought for when I'm out of my top choice meal replacement shakes and to change things up once and a while. Would have given 5 stars even though it does give me a little bloat but I think that's because I'm developing a sensitivity to whey protein (milk derived protein so unfortunately have to switch to soy protein), but going with 4 because it doesn't really cut cravings like I wish it would so if your taking it for the supplemental value it has to offer your looking in the right place. Awesome ingredient line up compared to a lot of the others out there without crazy gut killing fillers. Also blends pretty decent in a shaker bottle without having to shake it for too long and has a smooth texture (not chunky).

Best tasting protein powder
Out of all the protein powder I had, this by far is the best tasting. It has the texture and taste of a milkshake and the nutritional content is great as well. The price is reasonable and I would buy again.

Very good!
I use a scoop of vanilla cake flavor in overnight proats. It’s sweet wow but I like it. I like ingredients and amount of protein. I wish it had more fiber but I would buy again.

So very sweet
WAY sweeter than I was led to believe... but I think all meal replacements [all I've tried anyway] that aren't Soylent original are sickeningly sweet. Great for those weaned on diet Pepsi as infants

Replacing breakfast
Great powder that's not too sweet. I use the recommended water, but I add fresh bananas with ice, or frozen bananas. I replace breakfast with this because it's hard for me to eat in the morning, thinking about replacing lunch when I'm busy with these. To me, this keeps me feeling full and energized like a regular meal without all the unhealthy things I'd eat normally.

It's a delicious meal!
This is a great MEAL replacement powder. Note the emphasis on: meal; it is not a pure protein powder. Although it contains plenty of protein, it also contains many of the other ingredients that you would expect from a meal, such as (healthy) fats, some carbohydrates (from oat flour and quinoa), and a multivitamin blend. Unless you are on a strict ketogenic diet, you do not have to be afraid of this small amount of carbs. Kaged provides a well-balanced meal that nicely (and deliciously) serves its purpose.Regrettably, this site does not show the Food Label, which is a pity, because the list of contents is very good. On my tub (vanilla cake), it states: 2 Scoops (59 g): Total Fat: 4.5 g; Cholesterol: 0 mg; Sodium: 45 mg; Total Carbohydrate: 18 g; Dietary Fiber: 2 g; Total Sugars: 1 g; Protein: 28 g. It also contains sucralose, which for some people might be a no-go, despite the otherwise well-selected ingredients. The fiber content could be higher (healthier), especially since this is intended as a meal that is supposed to keep you full for a while. Kaged, if you are listening: add more fiber.I like the flavor a lot, but realize that people have different taste preferences. It doesn't taste like your typical vanilla shake; rather more like vanilla-nut (perhaps the nutty infusion part is what some reviewers note as "aftertaste"). They should call the flavor "vanilla nut cake". I always use the blender and mix with water or milk (+ 2 ice cubes). It comes out frothy with foam (more so with milk), so I let it settle for a minute or two before drinking (I don’t like to drink foam); maybe this helps to minimize gastrointestinal issues (?), which I don’t have with this product.Unlike the great variety of offerings in pure protein powders, there are not many true “meal replacement” products out there. But there is a similar one called Eat Right MRP, which is a bit lower in the carb fraction (from potato starch and maltodextrin) and higher in fiber. It has a bit more protein, fats, cholesterol, and sodium; and contains sucralose as well, but overall is rather similar.Like the Caged product, Eat Right comes in vanilla, which tastes like the typical vanilla cream and is delicious (at least for me; again: every person is different). Eat Right does not foam quite as much, and blended with milk becomes a tad creamy. For variety’s sake, I am alternating between these two delicious MRPs and I’m happy with both, despite minor shortcomings here and there.
