we are sure the bluetooth module and uart cable will come alone with the smart bms. And thank you for your remind we have revised the description including bluetooth module and uart cable.

Q: Can you adjust start and stop and balance voltages?

Balance can be working automatically under 3 conditions : 1- in charging ; 2- single cell voltage at : lifepo4 3.2v, if you want to change the balance detect voltage you may set it via bluetooth app. 3- Voltage difference :> 50mV
