Mostly useless and overpriced, For people with irrational fear and no understanding of science
The media could not be loaded. So I picked this air purifier up to replace an old cheap one I had in my bedroom. Thinking that this is a small advanced unit; I figured it would be fine for my bedroom. I was totally wrong; this is one of the worst purifiers I have ever seen in my life.First of all; I think the main " feature" that they are pushing here (by reading the manual) is the ability to "take it with you" however this is pointless because you cannot filter the air outside or in your office with such a small unit. Therefore this could only possibly filter air in your car, but cars are not sealed and they exchange air quite rapidly as you drive; making this unit useless for filtering anything even in a car.Secondly; this unit fails as an actual air purifier for a home. This unit is loud, has poor fan control (Speed 1 does basically nothing at all, speed 2 barely moves air but starts to get loud and 3 and 4 are insanely loud) loud noises and minimal air movement. While I don't have a CFM meter to see how much air this unit is moving; the highest speed sounds louder than my 1U Rackmount server (literally unbearable to be in the same room with) but moves less air than a single 120mm computer fan. The other speeds are basically just useless with small amounts of air moved around in exchange for some noise. Even at the lowest speed this unit is audible.Third; the controls and remote don't even work properly. The remote uses some bluetooth pairing and simply WILL NOT pair with the device. I went through every troubleshooting step and I absolutely couldn't get it to pair for the life of me. The touch panel on the front is a bit too sensitive and often double presses on whatever I touch.I think the biggest flaw is the size itself; they try to cram a lot of technology and filters into a small package so that you can take it with you. However as stated above; this is a useless feature in practice and is just deception for anyone who thinks they are "staying safe" with a device like this.I originally was excited about a unit like this one thinking that there was finally a high tech air purifier that could filter air very well for a room, but I was left disappointed by a unit that simply put; does basically nothing. To add insult to injury; the filters for this unit are incredibly expensive and they aren't supposed to last that long (probably because they are so small). So this unit would cost hundreds of dollars a year to operate despite doing basically nothing. At the end of the day I would like to see them making something else that is larger and more useful rather than this extremely expensive paperweight.I normally give something 2 stars if it actually works; but considering the myriad of problems with this device combined with the high price it really cannot get 2 stars.

Works great, but makes a constant high pitched noise when running.
We have a family member with terrible seasonal allergies. We also have three stinky dogs and do a lot of cooking at home. Sometimes our house smells kind of funky and we use candles to help keep it smelling fresh. Burning candles is not always safe or convenient and sometimes we have guests who are allergic to scents. We were excited to try the Celios G200 and see how well it would work with allergies and odors in our home. Our first impression was that the design is really impressive. It uses several different types of filters. The G200 includes filters, plus a pair of spares. It also has a rechargeable battery and can be operated either plugged into electricity or on battery power. Something unusual about this unit is that you can pull the main unit off the base and move it to another location where it runs on battery power. This means you can use the G200 in your car overnight to rid it of any odors. Have you ever had lingering fast food or wet dog smell in your car? Running the G200 in your car for a few hours will get rid of those without the use of chemicals or synthetic perfumes.Overall, this unit performs well. It totally gets rid of odors and makes the air feel cleaner and crisper. It does make an annoying high-pitched noise when operating. The noise reminds me of a leaf blower, a slightly quieter, but still irritating leaf blower. There is no way we could have this running while our household is asleep or trying to focus on any activity. We generally use this when nobody is home or we are otherwise cleaning or watching/listening to something and can drown out the sound. The G200 would be great for someone who owns an AirBnb or does Uber or Lyft. You could run this in your home or car as part of your cleaning routine. Overall, the Celios G200 is a powerful machine that does what it is supposed to do: it purifies and removes environmental odors. It just happens to be kind of a loud machine. If you are looking for something to run overnight in your bedroom while you sleep, you may want to pass on this one.

Insanely loud with a highpitch screetching sound
I bought mine from BedBathandBeyong for $600...but going out of business discount of half off. This thing is intensely LOUD, the pitch of the noise is comparable to a whistle and a loud fan. The only settings worth using to get your money's worth is 3 and 4, which are the loudest. But my next door neighbor complained on me as I had the thing running on the 4th setting which happens to be the loudest while I was away...apparently their dog kept barking and whining because of the pitch frequency through the paperthin walls. Basically...this item is more of a hassle, unbearable to use, and the costly filters that arw recommended to replace in a range of 3 to 6months... it costs $100+ from Celios website to get the filter kit (2SM, 2LG, and 1 bay filter). It's a neat idea but the concept for compact portability is the flaw of this product. All of the filters, including the charcoal one, sounds great for a house filtration system built into your HVAC system with their hogh powered fans...but this portable version and a Desktop style CPU fan that screetches louder than MS DOS Desktop PCs in a server room is beyond tolerable...you need earplugs just to stay in the same room, and must close the door and play music in the next room to drown the sound. Ok I'm done rantly, don't get it is all I can say!

doesn't work and complicated
This air purifier is the most complicated air purifier I have ever used. It's super loud. I don't think it actually purifies any air. Nothing changes when I turn it on. With my other purifiers, I can feel the air change when I turn them on. With this one, I just hear a loud noise.
