Writes really nice and smooth. Not scratchy feeling like most pens this price range.Was a bit tight snapping in the cartridges'. You really have to force it. But I suppose that means no leaks.Does use different size cartridge than my other pens. So make sure you get the right replacements.Been using for a good month or more now. Writing great, no drying out, no leaks.

I can’t say anything other than I love it, it’s is really weighted but you get use to it during use. It doesn’t skip, writes every time. I’m looking to get another color.

Life the design, look, feel, weight, etc. Seems high quality and should be long lasting.But the nib unit isn't very good. Very low ink flow and a bit scratchy (after cleaning with pen cleaning liquid).

This pen for me anyway hits above its price. I love the feel of this pen. Many are very narrow but this pen has the ideal girth and weight for me. I don’t write with it called a as it back weights too much for my liking. The fine nib is wonderful and still puts down a decent amount of ink. The magnetic cap is a neat feature and works great. I’d recommend this one for newbies or anyone really

I was looking for a durable pen for EDC purposes. I did a lot of research and I came upon this beauty. It is truly all metal construction, with the exception of the feed, feed section, and converter for obvious reasons. Only problem I had with it is the converter seems loose. They didn't leave much of a stub out to have it go far enough into the converter. I fixed that with a spring that fit perfectly on the top of the converter, so when I screw it into the barrel, it puts positive pressure on the converter to seat it in. I got the spring from a box of springs I bought at my local hardware store for other projects. Other than that, it's one excellent pen. I got it in a medium nib, and the nib is perfect. From what I can tell, it is a Jowo #6 nib. I was going to swap nibs, but this one works perfect out of the box. To be quite honest, for the price, Monteverde hit home on this pen in terms of a durable product, especially the magnetic cap. Generally speaking, the first thing that breaks on pens are the caps. I've got a few Jinhao pens that are useless because the cap is broke, and no matter how I try to fix them, they just are not the same, rendering the pen useless. I am likely going to buy another one of these just keep and not use. Especially for the price. When I first pulled it out of the box, I was like, "I don't want to use this as an EDC, it's too pretty!"... but for the price, like I said, I'll buy another just to keep. Very happy with the pen, and most importantly it's solid construction!

pens flow is nonexistent in most cases, scratchy nib, and the cartridge drops out and rattles around the inside of the pen unless you use the converter. misaligned feed and nib on arrival, but even once aligned wont write properly. nib holder does not screw into the housing consistently so youll need to keep screwing it in occasionally.

I've bought several fountain pens and this has become my everyday pen. I love the magnetic cap and it's very reliable - I don't have to constantly troubleshoot ink flow issues. If you're wanting a nice pen at a very reasonable price point, here you go.

After buying very expensive fountain pens and not being impressed I decided to try a fine nib and spend as little as possible. Ordered this pen as a trial pen with no intentions of using it daily but now it’s my daily pen! It’s amazing!

I like the design and the finish. Didn't try it yet. Magnetic cap is nice feature.Probably would have had a conical/tapered holding area in order to increase the comfortability during use.Feels heavy in your hand.

Junk. Dont buy. Cartridges do not fit and needs constant adjustments. It is also very scratchy with poor ink flow. Any good reviews of this product is questionable. This is not the pen

Essa é minha segunda Monteverde Ritma, então consigo comparar o uso delas. Nos primeiros dias, a tinta parece não chegar no feed da forma correta depois de um tempo. Pensei que a pena estava desalinhada mas não está. E pior: essa caneta não veio com a argola de borracha que fica na rosca para ajudar a vedar e fixar melhor o corpo, o que evita afrouxar por conta do uso intenso.Canetas monteverde são ótimas, mas comprando por aqui foi a primeira vez que tive essa experiência ruim.

Muito boa a caneta, escrita muito macia, mas escrita bem grossa, quase que uma B na verdade, porém veio desalinhar a pena, tive que eu mesmo alinhar, muito pesado apra escrever o tempo inteiro, acabou ficando como coleção apenas, apesar de ter gostado muito do diâmetro dela, muito peso para escrita longa.Uma pena que no Brasil não venha as penas F ou EF até mesmo a Jowo flex que tem nessa versão.
