The pork shanks are very good, the shipping cost makes this a substantial negative. Not sure I can justify a future purchase.

Delicious and tender

Found these at a BBQ place in Roan Mountain TN. These are the same, very lean, very tender, and delicious! Shipping isn’t cheap, but they stay frozen in dry ice.

These are freaking fantastic for the BBQ grill or smoked they are excellent. To cannot go wrong with these.
