I don't know how to build a time machine but "The Original MAKKŌ-HŌ 真向法: The Five Minutes Japanese Health and Fitness Exercise" is the timely method for returning to a time of almost childlike flexibility. I just began it at 76 and I am already more flexible than I was at 46.
