The Kebra Nagast: The Lost Bible of Rastafarian Wisdom and Faith

I purchased this for my son who actually wanted to read it and he was pretty happy with it.

this was a good read but it seems like a lot of the actual Kebra Nagast has been left out or replaced with stories from Jamaica. It seems to me that the actual Kebra Nagast is longer so I guess I still need to find a better copy....

This is not the real or original Kebra but an interpretation of it by the author but still its a good read

Great books. My daughter's name is Kebra and this was a holiday present for her since she lost her copy years ago. She was very happy to have it in her collection again.

I’ll believe this book will give me pleasure as I have not the time to read it as yet but I do fatefully believe with the new books in order that I have paid for will give me plenty of years of enjoyment

This book is a great piece written in a way that tells the story of a traveling man (white American Rasta) who goes on a pilgrimage to Jamaica and pays homage to Bob Marley, through out the book it tells the story of King David and The queen of Sheba including the Ark of the covenant and Twelve Tribes etc..The two stories intermingle and flit back and forth from one to the other, very well written and easy to understand, this IS NOT the Kebra Negast but a book written to explain the original story,. Highly Recommend .
