Q: How do i get the pillows to get unflat? I followed the picture directions and its not working for me

I put them in the dryer, worked great

Q: Are these washer/dryer safe?

They can be washed and dried. I suggest dryer balls or tennis balls in the dryer to fluff them back up. Do not use bleach!

Q: How does this compare to the bed, bath & beyond bedding essentials pillow?

We put extra filling than other pillows ,so it can holds it's shape and supports your head while being soft & comfy.

Q: How long can they remain shrink wrapped for storage purposes?

That's a question for the manufacturer. I opened mine immediately.
