The pillow is a bit rigid, but it doesn’t matter as it gives great support and fairly comfortable. The heat is wonderful for headaches and arthritic neck pain. Just love it!

Great comforting pillow with heat but when plugged into the charger the USB connector doesn't come out and the prongs are really tiny and loose, cheaply made and it's not like normal USB. But they take returns however I didn't get a full refund

This works as it states, but it’s not that comfortable to lay on. I gave it to a family member who really likes it and says she uses it regularly. It just wasn’t that comfortable for me.

I fell asleep while using this after surgery and it gave me burns! This product should not be sold. It is dangerous, not within cold and likely a fire hazard ⚠️DO NOT BUY!

It takes some getting use too adjusting to sleeping on it, however with consistency its the best sleep ever. the heating mechanism is wonderful with 3 levels. I only use the medium thats hot enough for me. if you fall asleep while its on it lowers down to the next level every hour afte 3 hours use to finally turn itself off to prevent burns. I love it!

Very hard and it hurts my neck.

It heats up quickly. I like how the cord has a USB on the end because I’ve been using it in the car for roadtrips. It’s also nice to just prop up my neck in the car with or without the heat on.

Very hard! You can't see in the dark too change the setting, so you have to know how many times to push the button, i have to many things to remember to remember this lool. Starts hottest to cold which is annoying but not horrible. Gets really hot which is nice. Honestly just way to hard. Only used 2 times.
