does it fit a 10000 lb

It states it fits a M12000 and a M15000. I installed this particular item on a M12000. It has been exceptional since. Go to Warn.com, select replacement parts at the top of the page, enter model #, serial # and it asks for a part number, in which you do not have. You should be able to find this there. I have exploded views downloaded to my phone for future reference for both the M12000 and the 1500 that's on my fourwheeler. Never know when something's gonna break and you'll need to look for a part.

Yes, I believe that we used this control on a new 8K winch fitted to a 1991 Ford F 250 or 350 Brush Fire Fighting vehicle.
