I’m an engineer which makes me interested in how things are made and the quality of construction so hopefully this gives some credit to my brief review.This device is pretty seamless. Everything it needs to do it does really well. The suction cup sticks to dull plastic surfaces very well if you’re wondering (and if you use the alcohol wipe that comes with it first to clean the surface). Of course attaching it to glass is no problem at all. It doesn’t move once you’ve positioned it where you want it. The arm feels plenty solid and construction is very good, not over or under engineered just correct for what it has to do.It comes with a vent attachment if you prefer to mount it to your vehicles vent grilles, this is very well made with a metal construction on the gripper - very well built and easy to attach, very secure once fitted for a tight hold that wont require frequent re-tightening once attached to the grille.Very simple to use, you set the height of the gripper to the size of your phone (in my instance 6.7” for the iPhone 15 pro which is also in a silicone case). You only do this once. Plug it into your 12v or USB outlet and offer your phone to the gripper, it automatically closes to grip your phone. It does this very smoothly and seamlessly. It has a geared mechanism that is smooth in operation and grips the phone more than enough. Mine is in a work van and I often go to bumpy work sites that can shake the teeth out my scull but my phone never falls out.To release the phone from the gripper you can press one of two buttons located on each side. It opens and releases you phone just a smooth and as quick as it gripped it earlier. It works really well.It wirelessly charges the phone as well as any other decent wireless charger I’ve owned.Item arrived quickly (2 days accross the channel) performs really well, feels smooth and robust and just does exactly what it says on the tin.I would also definitely recommend purchasing the following usb charger that you purchase at the same time (as I did), that way you’re garunteed to have no power issues. It's easy to install, seems durable, the suction cap holds well on dashboard.Unexpectedly it came with a fan-vent holder too, that's also really easy to install, fit perfectly into most vents.It looks really nice.It charged Samsung S23 Ultra with just 9-10W.I contacted with their support service, they answered on the same day! After a few standard questions, they admitted, that the product is not fully compatible with Samsung 15W charging, and offered a full refund, what I accepted.Anyway this could be the best 15W charger for someone with non-Samsung mobile, or for someone with Samsung who can accept 10W charging. For me it's just not enough sometimes.

Excellent customer service, friendly and reliable, original product arrived in 1 day, worked very week until one day it stopped, reached out to the team and they suggested I try a few steps to try and resolve the issue but unfortunately it didn’t work, I emailed the team my results and within 48hrs I had a whole new charger unit sent, would highly recommend this product

The auto grab feature is fantastic and very easy to use. The charging speed could be faster but I suppose it depends what your using your phone for, I was using dpd delivery app and maps but when just maps it would charge okay. Need to keep cool fan on as it can heat up to point where phone shuts down. I would recommend this item.

To be perfectly honest I didn't have high hopes for the longevity of this when I bought it two years ago. It has motorised moving parts and it's impossible to tell what the build quality is like from the pictures, so I sent my expectation out to the pub with a couple of 20 pound notes on the day it was due to arrive.Build quality turns out to be pretty good. Although the mounting arm is strong and does a good job of not adding to much bounce to the phone, it is long and the phone inevitably moves a bit because of the slight play in the sucker mount and joint. I have it screen-mounted but with the arm resting on the dashboard on a discreetly placed piece of blu-tack, which gives me a rock solid mount.The sucker is great: I've never once had to pick up a tangle of phone, holder and wire from the footwell. It charges consistently.There's something mightily convenient about being able to use it completely one-handed.If there was one slight negative I'd say the "battery" that's meant to allow it to work when the car is switched off basically only lasts for maybe an hour. All this means in practice is that you have to power it up before you put your phone in. Not a big one.Durability? 23 Months later, give or take a slightly more audible and unhealthy-sounding whirr when it opens and closes, it's working as well as the day I wrestled the Amazon package from the jaws of my Dalmatian.Overall, I'd give it:Practicality points 8Durability points 9Value points 7 (it's not a bargain)Dissa points 0 (I'm pleased)

It is a solid fit, very functional and easy to use.It is a good buy for this price. It just does what it says with no fuss.After a long period of using the charger constantly I had an issue with it and amazingly, after I reached out to the Auckly team the resolved it straight away.Will be buying Auckly when I can just for the customer service.

Worked well for exactly a month and it just stopped charging my phone. There is no option to contact seller on amazon and I just passed the 30 days to return it.I cant pay £26 to use a product for just 30 days, im absolutely disappointed

2nd one I’ve had. Seem to be one of the best ones out there.
