Heavy duty parasol base but not sure how sturdy it will really be.

It was USED!
The base was covered in dents, water marks and was scuffed on the bottom!! It does not weigh 10kg either and parasol toppled over in a slight breeze! The pole is too big to hold a parasol. Seller doesn’t respond to messages either!DO NOT BUY

Hi, Customer Service, bought this product and although it's quite good quality for the price point but there was a washer missing from pack.Could you please send me one as the parasol moves quite a lot as it's not properly secured.
