I have a waist size 23" and hip 37". Will this skirt fir me?

Are they really 36" long?

It's Size: Length-36 to 38 Inches.

Does it open on the leg or does the wrap cover all with no opening? Should it be worn with a slip?

Depends on your size. I'm about a 10/12 and the skirt goes about 1 1/2 times around, so no opening at the leg. I wear leggings under mine, for comfort (or in case I'm outside and the wind blows!) but most of them are not sheer enough to need a slip.

Can we request jewel tones?
