Can you use solid tips on pens?

I don’t think so. The tips are small “u-shaped” wire elements that are secured in the pens. A single solid piece plugged/screwed into the pens may damage them. You should find enough variety within the tips to meet your wood burning needs. Don’t try soldering with this tool.

Can this do fractial burning

No it can not. You need an electrical source and solution. Lots of information and videos online.

I got this wood burner and it does not work Does not come on

Your best bet would be to contact the sellar. His contact information is inside the Instruction manual. He normally gets to you in a timely fashion. I have yet to have any problems with the one I have. I'm sorry wish I could help you.

Does this unit comes with a case?

Burn, baby, burn!

I love this tool! It heats up quickly and makes short work of my pyrography art. The stencils are great, too! And it comes with plenty of extra tips!

Wood burning

Like the unit.Heats quickly and the two hand pieces are nice to have. Probably could use bit more insulation on hand piece as it gets warmed up with extended use time. I would recommend this unit it does the job well.

Fantastic

This was my second purchase of a woodburner. My first one from another company broke the second day. Amazon took it back and gave me a refund with no issues. So I went on a hunt for a new one and I came a Ross this one. Wandart it was a little more expensive but I took a Chan e and I love it!!!! It heats up quickly and cools down quickly. I am confident in the ability of the stands to hiold the pens securely. I did have a slight issue with one. Pen that broke on me but I emailed the company who had already begun to communicate with meI told then what happened in gtrat detail. I got a simple short email the ne t day asking for my address. In two days I had a new pen. I am so happy with the product and the companies dedication to customer satisfaction. I will recommend this machine to anyone who wants to woodburn!

My Stencils didn't come with it.

I'm bummed that my Stencils didn't come with it I was really excited about it and to start on a project that I didn't even realize that the stencils wasn't there then my Husband asked wasn't there something else with it and I was like oh yeah, we looked though the box and there wasn't just really disappointed. For anyone that has been doing wood burning for some time knows that they add up in price after a while, so it was a letdown. On the other hand, the burner seems to be good I did seem to think that the pens detached, for some reason I think because I looked at so many and they don't but, it's only the nibs but they are easy to change with patients.
