A Mike Nichols film, starring Harrison Ford and Annette Bening. A slow burner, with Ford in a more emotional role, and on a subtle journey from a quite cold, self absorbed character, to losing his memory and rebuilding his life. A film to stick with as it is well worth it for the end result

Regarding Henry, is a wonderful movie, and I love e it. Could not get it in Denmark!!

Harrison Ford at his best.

OK, the plot may be a little far-fetched but the acting is sufficiently good to enable most viewers (with the possible exception of brain surgeons) the opportunity to enjoy the film for what it is. This is a very entertaining film and is an ultimately uplifting tale of family love and how ruthless ambition can destroy peoples lives. I don't think Harrison Ford has ever been better and he is perfectly complimented by the wonderful Annette Bening.If you are the type of person who will only watch films which are totally credible then perhaps you ought to give this film a miss. As a previous reviewer has commented, you will end up being annoyed! However, you will be unnecessarily restricting your viewing pleasure and you will miss out on many, many very good films. Perhaps you should restrict yourself to documentaries?Alternatively, allow yourself a little latitude and settle down to watch this very enjoyable 'feel good' movie. It will be an experience that you will probably want to repeat! The film's music is also very enjoyable.

I have loved this film for years. After losing an old copy years ago I thought it was about time that I had a new one. I think this is one of the best films that Harrison Ford has stared in. It's not flashy and the plot is a nicely rounded feel good theme. This is a ridiculously good price for a great film and I'm sure it will get plenty of plays over the coming years. I highly recommend this if you either like Harrison Ford's acting or love an not too overly complicated plot. The supporting actors are equally as good.

Henry (Harrison Ford) ist in seinem Beruf als Anwalt sehr erfolgreich, aber auch rücksichtslos und boshaft. Darunter leiden vor allem seine Frau Sarah (Annette Benning) und seine kleine Tochter. Durch eine Schussverletzung verliert Henry sein Gedächtnis und muss selbst die einfachsten Dinge noch einmal neu erlernen. Aber er scheint ein anderer Mensch geworden zu sein. Kann sich ein zynischer Erfolgsanwalt in einen liebenswürdigen Familienvater verwandeln?In Mike Nichols' Tragikomödie "In Sachen Henry" ist das möglich. Den tollen Darstellern ist es zu verdanken, dass die bewegende Geschichte nicht zu rührselig und sentimental wird: Harrison Ford (Indiana Jones) und Annette Benning spielen grandios! Das Drehbuch stammt übrigens von J.J. Abrams, dem späteren Erfolgsautor und -regisseur von "Lost", "Armageddon" und "Star Wars Episode VII".
