the 1st time i bought this item was @ a massage envy, it was in a smaller bottle, i still have some left ,but didn't want to run out. the size and price of this bottle is a real bargain. a little bit goes a long ways. it has a real true medium lavender smell. i also use it for relaxing after work as aroma therapy and for headache relief. as an essence it truly touches my essence. thank you so much. sincerely medicinewoman

Relaxing
I was skeptical of this product as I have a pretty stressful job and its hard for me to unwind at the end of the day. But I gave it a try and added a few drops to my evening bath... Holy smokes! I felt so soothed and relaxed! The scent left on my skin was very subtle & left me feeling so sleepy and mellow! I bought the entire collection of Essence of Vali "sleep" and it has worked wonders.
