The media could not be loaded. This is my second purchase of these straps. First purchase was a few years ago so I was happy I could go into my orders and find it then reorder. Sure, these would be great to put around your luggage to be sure it stays closed during travel. Plus, the bright red color would make it easy to identify the luggage at the baggage carrousel. My use is different.I have two large artificial Christmas trees that I store in their original boxes. The boxes are large and don't stay closed. Though there are little plastic handles embedded in the boxes, pulling the handles puts stress on the boxes. So...I place two of these straps around the each box and through the handles. That keeps the box closed during storage and gives me something to grab when carting the boxes up into the attic.Love these straps!

Good strong strap to protect contents of suitcase. Good color - not obnoxious bright color; yet easy to spot when used on our suitcase.

What a great buy! Took a trip to Mexico, and every trip I take there we bring back more than we can handle. Bought them as a precaution that our bags wouldn't make it in one piece ( we've heard horror stories). On the way there I used on a large duffel and in the return trip things didn't go as planned and ended up using them on a cardboard box being that we brought back way more than what we had initially planned for. The box was in pretty rough condition but the straps kept that thing together! Very adaptable to size we needed and super sturdy! Oh also, as a small bonus it helped us spot our black duffel amongst the many black bags : )

I bought these, so my luggage would "stand out" at the airport. This did the trick, and I was able to easily identify my luggage.

These work great as an extra step to keep out suitcases closed when taking airline flights. Easy to use for us and TSA inspections. Have to replace them every couple of years as the plastic buckles get broken by conveyors, baggage handling, and such. They work well enough for what we need them for.

Nice straps, bold rich red color! I could spot my luggage very easily & I’m very satisfied…I definitely would buy more in a different color….only small negative you have to tighten & loosen when it’s off the luggage 🧳 but that’s not a deal breaker at all for me. Also I just ordered stickers for the white tags 🏷️ part to personalize my luggage even more.
