Superb!! - After initially Shocks
I am first time user of MacBook pro 2020 (or any mac product), I ordered this C--> DP cable.Received in 5 days.initially connected, not worked, tried all ports in mac book , not worked, then i realized that I am not pushing the 'Type C' side properly in macbook (because i dont wanted to hert macbook :p), then i pushed it and it worked withoout any configuration. Its plug and play....Amazon plug, i coudnt fine with 2ft or similar, 6 ft is really long from cable management point of view.rating 4.99/5 , 0.01 deducted to not macking 'Takkk' sound while pushing deep in macbook.

Good product but bad packaging
Good product , works perfectly on my 2k 10bit 165hz display.Only downside is packaging, received it in very bad packaging and due to this there is slight scratch in the product.

Gets the job done!
Using it with my Acer monitor (2K @ 144Hz). Works right out of the box, and fixes the HDMI flickering issue that a lot of M-series MacBooks suffer from. The click sound on inserting it in the USB-C port is very satisfying :p

Terrible Customer Service. Denial of Warranty.
The cable stopped working after 10 months and when I contacted customer care, they gave me a replacement. The second one also stopped working in the exact same way and then when I contacted them and provided proof that it is not working they are saying nobody else has this issue even though I see many 1 star reviews complaining of the same. They are not replacing the cable and only offered a 15% refund which is pathetic. I have to give a 1 star for both quality of the product and the customer service.

Very good quality
Used it to connect my LG Ultreagear 34 inch curved to my laptop (cause HDMI doesn't support 160 Hz at 4k resolution). Works great

Does what it says!
Gives 165hz at 2560x1440p with my LG UltraGear 27GR75Q without any issues, can keep up extended displays both at 2k 165hz. At this price point this is the best you can get!!

Worked as expected
Bought CableCreation 8K Usb C To Displayport Cable 6Ft, Type-C To Dp 1.4 Cord 32.4Gbps, 8K@60Hz 4K@60Hz/144Hz and it does deliver, My montior works at 180Hz, my monitor spec says 165 Hz but I got the option for 180Hz using this cable and it works well with both M3 Mac and windows.Even variable refresh rate works fine.
