SANMIN Huawei Honor 8 Screen Protector, Tempered Glass Screen Protector, Anti-Glare Anti-Fingerprints High Definition 0.33mm 9H Screen Hardness for Huawei Honor 8

I recently purchased an Honor 8 for myself and even though I bought a case for it, the screen was still susceptible to scratches. With every phone I own, I always purchase a tempered glass screen protector to go with it, as the ordinary plastic films don't offer the same feel and are easily scratched. In addition, tempered glass screen protectors will protect your phone screen from a drop at the cost of the screen protector itself. Applying the screen protector was fairly easy and didn't take much time at all. If this had been a full coverage screen protector application would have been a lot more difficult and time-consuming. The Huawei Honor 8 features 2.5D rounded edges, therefore most screen protectors will not cover the entire front of the phone which I knew before purchasing this screen protector, however, I didn't anticipate there to be so much of a gap between the edges of the phone and the screen protector. There is almost a full millimeter of space between the sides of the screen and the phone, which is definitely noticeable. The screen protector does do a good job of preventing rainbowing, but I just wish there was more screen coverage. Cutouts for the earpiece, proximity sensor, and front-facing camera are all precise and offer a placement guide when installing the screen protector. The feel of the screen protector is quite close to the original feel of the screen, and the oleophobic coating does a decent job of repelling fingerprints and smudges from the screen. I also noticed in the product description that this screen protector features an anti-glare coating, and while you will still see some glare under direct light, it does a pretty good job of increasing screen readability in sunlight. Terrible fit. It doesn't even cover the majority of the face of the phone, or even the screen for that matter. The pictures on this review don't even have a case on - the space you see is how far the glass is from the edge and I did a decent job of centering it. Also, look how the glass doesn't even cover the full screenUPDATE 11/1/16:Hating this glass even more - it's coming off. After normal use, the glass is cracking in multiple places. 3 spots on the left side, 1 at the top near the front camera, and 1 at the bottom left. Pictures are attached and some are pretty bad. I've never had this problem with any other glass protector. Will never buy from this company again.

I had just recently purchased two beautiful honor 8 phones, one for my wife and another for myself. When it comes to my electronics I require the best of the best for overall protection. One of the necessary accessories I need is a high quality screen protector that is made of tempered glass and not that cheap plastic film substance. Not all tempered screens are produced with the same quality, however, these SANMIN tempered glass protectors are of the highest quality and truly are an easy and hassle free install. There are no bubbles and everything crisp and clear.As an added bonus they even include a film protector for the back of the phone which also installs easily and gives some extra protection. There were quite a few options to pick for screen protectors but I'm truly glad I chose SANMIN albeit there slightly higher price point ($13 when I ordered, less now) but when it comes down to it you get what you pay for. This screen protector covers the entire phone face.Only problem I found is the screen protector is cut slightly too slim to cover the width of the phone 100% but it's miniscule really and i cannot dock a star for that. Overall very happy with this purchase and glad to be the first review here. Do not hesitate to purchase if you have an honor 8 because a lack of reviews i believe this is the best glass protector available right now and even the packaging reflects the quality. Preserve the beauty of your honor 8 while keeping the phone sleek and slim.

Clarity is good, fingerprints are a non issue, steam will stick to the protector, glare is about what you'd expect, legible in daylight with brightness on auto. Scratches were a non issue.Works well enough but cracked from a short fall onto my carpet in an apartment (1" carpet over concrete) So I feel like this should be a two pack instead of one, as all other TG screen protectors I've ever had have never cracked or worn out in any way. Basically this is the odd one out.Feeling kind of upset frankly as it's not even been a month and it's done in.

Not the most impressive screen protector kit I've used. The dust removal tape is very flimsy and hard to use unlike other kits that i have used. It also came with a back protector film which i didn't use since i wasn't able to clean the dust very well and it created bubbles when i applied it. It's also not fingerprint resistant. Those are the only reasons i can think of this doesn't get a 5 star rating from me. Perfect for my needs. Minimalist case, only covers the back, and is grippy. Back is GLASS on this phone, Huawei Honor 8, so needed protection. It came with 1 screen protector for front, but I could not get that on. Ended up throwing it away. Maybe I'll get another one later, but works fine now without the front screen protector.

Maybe mine is defective..but the edges DO NOT adhere to the device, causing a border of air around my phone, which looks absolutely horrendous and cheap. The material and feel is great, I'll give you that. But seriously...what is up with the edge? I have tried to reapply three times and all the same result.

Everybody asks what kind of phone I have and I reply Huwai Honor and I've never owned a better phone. This thing is a beast and nearly compares with the s7. Huwais cameras and fingerprint sensors are amazing. I never thought the print scanner on the back would be so useful. Huwai is known for bloatware, Indeed it was crammed with bloatware but it is easily removed. I honestly find there's about the same amount as samsung or any other android device.

Extremely happy with this product. Received it very fast, and easy to install. The back screen protector is plastic, a little harder to install, but still does the job. The glass for the front covers as much as I expected, especially with the slight curve on the edge of the screen. Good quality, would highly recommend this product to others.

The screen protector seems nice enough, but the materials included do not properly clean it which results in dust under the screen protector. It was only $15 so it's not the end of the world, but I wouldn't recommend it to anyone.

It's really high quality but it's smaller than I thought. Its a few mm short on all sides so it's not full coverage how I want it to be.

The back protector's edge was bended already when it arrived and started peeling within 3days. The front protector gets chipping so easily even without dropping cell phone. I'm pretty disappointed. I'll go get custom screen protector from a box store.

Edges don't fully stick to the screen, but it's not a big deal especially with a case. Can barely notice it from day to day usage, and nothing gets underneath.Hard enough to be Swiss Army blade resistant, so it's more than enough for the everyday unless you carry diamonds in your pocket.

The product is not 100% CORRECT.The screen protector did not fit on my Honor 8 mobile phone. It is slightly shorter in width by about 1 mm.

- I will say that the product came much sooner than expected, I guess that warrants the *- The instructions are poorly translated and doesn't make much sense- two protectors are provided (front and back) but only one set of wipes and electrostatic film provided- the front screen protector is *significantly* smaller than the screen- the cleaning materials didn't do a good job of cleaning the screen which left dust on the screen- granted this may be due to possible poor hand-eye coordination on my part, once the protector was on and I tried to adjust it the dust that collected on the protector due to the poor cleaning materials were magnified and created bubbles under the protector - which effectively rendered the protector useless- the back screen protector, proved to be less difficult but still has bubbles (I use a case so it's something I can live with)- overall this was a waste of money, but more importantly my time
