My favorite reflex bag!
I have been a competitive fighter for about 15 years, and this is one of my favorite reflex bags because it has the pad at the bottom that you can use for low kicking after your slip and punch combos. I think it’s very well made very easy to put together and the suction cups at the bottom are a great touch so depending on the floor you have you have the possibility of suction to help keep it down instead of it moving all over the place. It’s also very adjustable height wise for your teens and small adults. Highly recommend!

Better than the name brand
We ordered this in lieu of a particular name brand my husband had his eye on. It came way faster, it was much cheaper, and it does exactly what it needs to do.

Grat Bag
Excellent value for the price. Easy to put together. Spring is stiff at first but gets better as you use it.

Almost great.
First, I have another reflex bag from Walmart that I will be comparing to. That one cost about one hundred dollars. That bag has a sturdier base. It's filled with water and does not wobble when struck really hard. The reflex bag from Amazon had a bit of a wobble even when filled with water.Next, the bag part you actually strike, the one from Walmart is made of hard foam, but is a solid piece where as the one from Amazon comes with three inflatable bags, I assume they will eventually pop, and they have like a hard plastic cup at the bottom. I like to hit them sometimes without gloves and that cup really digs in and hurts without gloves. So in one regard the Walmart bag is better because of the lack of cup and on the other hand the Amazon is better because of the feel, it fills with air like an upside down speed bag.The height adjustment on the Amazon Cobra bag is better by far. it goes higher and lets you adjust anywhere along the length of metal tube. The Walmart is shorter and has pre-drilled adjustment holes. Four of them I believe. The spring and reaction is better on the Amazon bag as well, because the Walmart bag has the spring near the base, so it's a very slow reaction time. the bag hit at full power goes almost to the floor and then has to spring all the way back to vertical. The Amazon bag behaves like a reflex bag, comes back faster the harder you hit it.Finally, the Amazon bag has a pad on the bottom for kicking, the Walmart bag does not. It's not perfect, if you kick it hard you can feel the pole if your not wearing shin pads. But it is there and fun.The main problem with the Amazon bag is the base. It wobbled after adding water to the base. So I decided to add the suction cups. At the bottom of the base are recessed spots where nuts sit. On the suction cup part is an embedded bolt. When I attached the suction cups to the bottom one of the bolts was longer than the embedded nut, so it went through the base and punctured it developing a leak. Had to disassemble as the water slowly leaked everywhere. Total pain. The ironic thing is if your floors allow the suction cups to adhere, mine is those fake wood plank floating floor systems that snap together, it holds really tight with no movement when punching and about a quarter-inch movement when kicking. So good bag, terrible base. Recommend with warning to not use water, only sand or suction only.

Nice Reactive Trainer
Comes back and forth on strikes like a trained unionized worker. Predictable reactive path for a little Bruce Lee punch actions.

I’m Very Cheap and Not worth it for the price.
Been boxing for a while now and I can confidently say this bag is definitely one of the worst reflex bags out there. Now I say this in the perspective of a competitive fighter, for the average person this will be fine for a hobby or what not, but if your looking to sharpen your reflexes and head movement don’t bother. I would recommend a double end bag or a fierce reflex bag. Double end is much cheaper and can be used it many more ways, the fierce reflex bag is pricey but THE best in my opinion. I’m also not just hating on the bad for underperforming, this came with cracks in the base and no bags. Hope this helps you out.

Five star Company!
I bought the reflex bag for my son for Christmas. He’s been asking for one for a while now and I finally gave in and got him one. After hitting it about three times, one of the bags broke off the pole. I contacted the company and without hesitation they sent me a whole new reflex bag before I even was able to send the old one out.My son is back to boxing away, and is now, once again the happiest kid ever.! Thank you!!

Cracked Base
Item had a cracked base, and after filling with water it flooded my apartment floor. Discovered outside of return window…
