My family and I are prone to seasickness and carsickness. Taking one to two pills (based on severity of expected motion) one hour ahead of time proved miraculous in the ability to avoid any sort of stomach distress--even on a severe small boat ride in pitching seas. We actually got hungry during the most severe portion! For car rides we can easily read the whole way.Does not make you sleepy (this version) but will give you a dry mouth (logical since it is helping to manage inner ear fluids) but this is an easy trade off vs nausea. Excellent product.

Definitely worked for me on my weeklong cruise vacation. I started taking them 2 days before embarking. Once every morning throughout the cruise except for my last 2 days. I had not one sign of nausea. I would highly recommend and definitely use again for many future cruises to come.

These are great for night driving. I have an acid stomach so can tolerate only so much caffeine. And, I am prone to nausea while traveling. One of these will get me a long ways down the road nausea free, and without indigestion. Keep in mind, however, that Dramamine is relaxing. Be on the alert for sleepiness. Highly recommended.
